Payment terms
Payment is due in full upon completion and return of the registration form. Due to the format of the Exchange and limited workshop spaces we advise early registration and payment by credit card to avoid disappointment. Your registration cannot be FULLY confirmed until payment is received. Admission to the conference will be refused if payment has not been received. Payment of invoices by means other than by credit card, or purchase order (UK Plc and government bodies only) will be subject to a £49 invoicing fee.
THE INVOICING FEE WILL ALSO BE APPLIED TO CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS THAT ARE RECEIVED AFTER 48 HOURS. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS THAT ARE RECEIVED WITHIN 48 HOURS WILL NOT HAVE THE INVOICING FEE APPLIED. IN THIS CASE, THE FEE WILL BE DISCOUNTED.
Cancellations and substitutions
In the event that the delegate named is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, written notice of cancellation must be provided 10 days in advance of the meeting (19th November 2011). Substitution of registrants of an equivalent level is permitted at any time before the event without penalty. If payment for the place has been received, providing notification of cancellation is given 10 days before the Exchange, a credit note for the same amount will be issued for a future event. This credit note is valid for 1 year from the date of the event running.
Documentation
Participation In The Exchange Involves Providing Information On The Nature Of Your Company Activities. This Is Requested For The Sole Purpose Of Allowing Participating Solution Providers To Establish Their Ability To Offer You Relevant Services. The Individual Delegate Agrees To Complete And Return All Documentation And Meeting And Workshop Selections Before The Requested Deadlines, As Specified By The Organiser.
Multiple registrations
We recognise the value of learning in teams and we welcome more than one delegate from the same organisation. Therefore we will arrange a group discount for your team. In this case, all delegates must register and participate at the Exchange as individuals
